Haga (2/4/07)

On the last day of her visit, Dom wanted to visit the other shopping district in Gothenburg. And so, we made our way there after breakfast. Before going to the Haga shopping area, we passed by a famous church here known as the Oscar Fredrik Church. Thus, we went in to have a look and light a candle.

We went to another church when Dom first arrived but we both agreed that the interior of this church is much nicer than the first one. It has very nice stained glass windows in the front of the church that we both liked a lot.


As today's her last day in Gothenburg, Dom decided to have a good meal. So, we satisfied our growling stomachs at Jacob's Cafe. We wanted to experience the European lifestyle of sitting outdoors and looking at the people walking past while we had our lunch. However, the winds were strong and Dom decided that we should not torture ourselves. Haha.. Yup, so we ate indoors and looked at the people sitting outdoors instead.
As you might notice in this picture, all the people outside are back facing us. They are sitting facing the roads instead of facing each other. Interesting eh? Dom say it's because they wanna sun tan so they all sit facing the sun. Hmmm... Maybe ba...
