5/5/07 - 6/5/07 : Highlands and Glasgow, Scotland
I met up with R and L at their hostel in the morning of 5 May to catch the tour by Scotline Tours for our Loch Ness Adventure! Just in case you were like me, Loch Ness is not the name of the mysterious underwater monster ah. Haha.. Loch is the Gaelic word for Lake and Ness is the name of the lake.
So our first stop: Hammish. This is how it looks like. Another symbol of the Scottish Highlands.
We also stopped at the Urquhart Castle for a few minutes of photo taking before we boarded the short cruise in Loch Ness. Unfortunately, we did not get to see the legendary sea creature. We did capture some very nice scenery nonetheless!

Immediately after we returned to Edinburgh from the tour, I took a bus to Glasgow to meet up with Xue and S again. Haha..
The Buchanan Bus Station.
Cineworld, like our CineLeisure eh? R and L watched Spidey 3 there the next day for 4.40 pounds, I think. Oh, did I mention before? I watched 300 in Edinburgh with Dom and her friends for 2.15 pounds due to their 2-for-1 student offer on weekdays.
I had to take the Subway to Kelvin Hall Station to get to Xue's friend's boyfriend's place. I could not find the Subway station at Buchanan and had to ask police officers for directions. Luckily I managed to catch the 2nd last train! And even luckier, I met Xue and S at the Kelvin Hall Station which solved my problem of finding the way to my free accomodation. Haha.. It was my very the lucky day!

Glasgow Central Station. Took a train from here to Prestwick International Airport for my Ryanair flight back to Gothenburg. Unfortunately, my backpack was deemed too big by the security and I had to pay 10 pounds just to check in my 6+kg bag. Sian diao totally.
